whatever.....according to the wing nut websites there’s thousands of Chinese troops massing in Stanley park in Vancouver. They must be wearing their invisible suits because nobody has seen them.....and the wildfires in the states are being started by death ray laser beams from Chinese satellites to displace the population of the west coast of the states so more invisible Chinese troops can invade.....
do you actually believe this $hit? Maybe someone has already microchipped your head and they’re manipulating your brainwaves.....quick!! Fire up the microwave and jam the signals!!
Then get a magnet and a hammer.....where the magnet sticks to your head, smash it with the hammer! Repeatedly! That will destroy the theft of your brainwaves by the Chinese....
Thank god I got to you in time!!

The CEBA I actually agree with. It's the only reason many businesses are still around, and the money has given many businesses extra money to pump back into the economy. The problem is none should be forgiven and the owners should have to personally guarantee the money, because otherwise so many are going to fold the company. With the increase it's $60k, 20k forgiven, how many companies would happily fold to get the extra $40k?

Justin did not pass the Foreign Investment Protection Agreement (FIPA) it was signed in 2012 during Harpers tenure and came into effect in 2014. It does not allow for foreign troops to be stationed In Canada.

From Wikipedia:

The three core Canada China FIPA substantive obligations include "non-discriminatory treatment", "fair and equitable treatment",[SUP][6][/SUP] and "compensation for expropriation".[SUP][3][/SUP] According to a 2012 article, Canada's 2012 FIPPA model, links "fair and equitable treatment" to "The Minimum Standard of Treatment" customary international law. This ensures "fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security in accordance with the principles of customary international law."[SUP][7]

Article 15 provides that investors of one country are permitted to sue the government of the other county through an international tribunal.[SUP][URL="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada-China_Promotion_and_Reciprocal_Protection_of_Investments_Agreement#cite_note-van_Harten_2015-12"][10]
[/SUP][SUP]:23[/SUP][SUP][11][/SUP] Corporations from either country can sue if the country in which they have their operations has public policies even those intended on protecting the environment, health, or safety that the corporation says "interferes with the corporation’s profitability".

What about CFB Suffield. That’s all British troops stationed in Canada. A bit different than Chinese troops here but nothing will surprise me anymore with this stupid prime minister. Welcome to Chinada

[h=3]British Army[/h]Main article: British Army Training Unit Suffield
On August 25, 1971, the Canadian Government ratified a ten-year agreement[SUP][6][/SUP] with the British Government that allowed the British Armed Forces to use the northern three-quarters of the Suffield Block for armoured, infantry, and artillery live-fire training. On December 1, 1971, Canadian Forces Base Suffield (CFB Suffield) was officially created and allocated to Mobile Command.[SUP][7][/SUP] Over 160 staff members, 90 buildings, 80 vehicles, and the Crown Village of Ralston were transferred from Defence Research Establishment Suffield to the newly created base and CFB Suffield was co-located with the Research Establishment.[SUP][8][/SUP] By January 1972, the British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS) was established and the first live round was fired by a battlegroup from the 4th Royal Tank Regiment (4th RTR) on July 15, 1972.
British Army training has continued at Suffield since 1971, with the shared-use agreement being extended several times (made indefinite in 2006). Regular and reserve units of Canadian Army began to make use of the base beginning in 1991, around the same time as the downgrading of CFB Wainwright. The British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS) consists of pool training equipment used by army units rotating through the base on exercises, as well as a training "opposition force" (OPFOR).
In 1996/1997, CFB Suffield had two federal heritage buildings recognized on the Register of the Government of Canada Heritage Buildings: Central Laboratory, Building B-1 and Ralston School.[SUP][9][/SUP]
DRES was merged into a new organization Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) in 2000.

Well on thing for sure the numbers making this a deadly Gestapo pandemic are not adding up, it is just not much worse a killer than the flue. The old people are walking the plank though, but who really knows what pushed them off that plank. mortality.jpg

I know when and who of the FIPA agreement. I highly doubt wikipedia has all the details about that agreement too .

I found an article from a press outlet that states it but trying to find it in the actual fipa agreement is tough. Need a lawyer friend lol.

[FONT=&quot]Every year, about 1,400 people in B.C. die from influenza and complications of influenza, such as pneumonia, according to Northern Health. This year so far Covid has killed 320 people. So you are about 3x more likely to die from the flu that covid. The numbers for a province wide locked down are not adding up in canada either. What the hell is going on...did people all of a sudden loose their marbles?[/FONT]
