we really needed that win.... lets hope its the start of bigger things to come. I think how well talbot played last year is what made the difference vs this year. He has struggled but is the reason we won last night and will be the reason we win or lose moving forward. Its not the mcdavid show to win.

Long term contract guys are just mailing it in.

To prevent this I suggest taking their salary. Divide it by 82 games. And only pay them for the games they win.
