15 beer.
No 15 beer and a bottle of rye
They all start as a stocker........Hand built is another way to say aftermarket parts added....... just like custom built.....after market parts added.
There is a big difference from a true hand built and a sled that has a bunch of bolt on parts.
yah the stocker is actually riding his sled and not trying to tune frankenstien
Stockers always need a substantial amount of tuning from new.

Whats the differance then?
Whats the standard for a hand built?
I know of no shop that builds anything from the ground up, they all order parts and accessories from suppliers, have parts such a tunnels, wheels, steering post, axles, rails, cooler, resiviours, bumpers, exhaust, engines .....etc made elsewhere.
Then they aquire all the pieces, new and old/stock parts, paint and polish them and reassemble.
Is this Hand built?
Yes that is hand built......everything starts with a stock sled weather its just a bulkhead and built from there it started life as a stocker.....
even this started life with stock cat parts and they dont get any more hand built
