Wayyy overreacting to this. Every single city has some type of 15 min city in it. It makes sense from a planning sense for example that enough grocery stores get developed so you don't have to drive 30 min to get them. You think they are going to magically put up walls or arrest people for leaving the area? Just shut down the entire workforce? They didnt even do that for Covid.....

I used to like this city , everything from no longer being able to ride my Harley in the city due too fines of a 1000 dollars for noise, to screwing us in taxes while building bike paths. Now they want us to live like communists in our own zone.

exactly, 15 minute cities have (although not named that) have been the basis of planning and development for a century. Every investor wants to jam as many restraunts, grocery stores and whatever else as feasibly possible as a city expands. hence why chain stores have minimum distance requirements. This stuff isnt new. But on the other hand this city council any mayor has to go. City has gone to Ch*t. havent seen a paving crew yet and its june. Roads are just falling apart.

Driving into the city today and they had 8 people working on flower beds under the henday.

they actually stopped cutting the grass in edmonton, not in the budget. City really starts to look like hell mid summer. cant clear the snow, cant fix the roads, cant mow the grass

what exactly are they doing one must wonder?

Where's the link,,, im game for a 15 minute city...

The liberal idea won't fly when We over crowd the prisons...

As if they can lock everyone up at the same time,,, I'll tell them im a cereal axe murder and ill be back on the streets in less then 15 minutes...

Hey,,, wait a minute,,, thats the same time as the city im released in too creat more crimes...

I'll have too say hog pucky,,, We don't like 15 minute city's when it takes all day too get across Calgary and Edmonton... both of those city's suck goats milk... lol

Same thing on the east end of 16th Ave in Calgary. Naturalization pilot project the signs say. Grass is tall but not high enough to hide the millions of dandelions. Garbage in the grass. Might be natural in Somalia?

No fire hazard at all when it turns to 35 degrees and dries everything brown.

Lock downs happened for a reason. Divided us. Distanced us. Covid money scams Gave evil fawks endless funds to pay off and implement ch!t we can’t even imagine. That’s still to come.
For Now comes zones. Digitally compliant access. This was a well known conspiracy four years ago, now it’s happening tomorrow.

Covid was an experiment, A trial run, if you will.

So how many years until it happens? Wanna put some $$ up? Not saying it can't happen with zero percent, but emotions aside and simply using logic and reason, it ain't happening soon. I'll take those odds any day. We can set the calendar for 5 years from now. No walls and lockdowns or digital restrictions by 2029, I win.
