I would like to say thanks to the service department (Don and boys) at RIVERSIDE HONDA AND SKI DOO for getting my new sled back on the snow. Was sledding in vale on friday morning when my 2017 summit started to over heat. I tried everything I know but could not get it to stay cool. Managed to get it back to truck and brought it home. Took it in sat morning 24 dec. and don took it in right away, found it to be the thermostat that wasn't opening at right temp. Didn't have any in stock but found one somewhere. put it in sled and phone me and said they will keep it inside for me until tuesday morning. Now I can still go on my trip.. Thanks again boys at RIVERSIDE SKI DOO

They have a great crew in the service department, they have looked after my stuff seamlessly.

I agree and have never waited more then a day or 2 and would not hesitate to use them. Thus up to riverside skidoo.

Great dealers are defined by their service department's ability to diagnose and quickly repair a problem. An underlying skill set is anticipating the parts that will likely be needed. Although thermostat problems occur, I would think in a new sled they should be extremely rare. There are two threads I have seen where this is the issue on the 850 so hopefully all the dealers will make sure they keep a couple on hand:)

Good job Riverside and time to stock up on spares :)
