Terrace/Smithers early season?

Hey guys, I'm looking for some intel! I have a few weeks off coming up and I heard the North Coast is getting a good dump in the next week. How are the conditions shaping up? I've never been up that way but if the snow is going to shape up I'd like to rip up there and find a crew or copilot to ride with for a few days. I have a '15 Pro 163, ABS etc. and AST1. How's it looking so far? Anyone down to ride?

I don't think there is enough to ride in most areas yet, it looks like the next week or so should bring some snow but you may want to consider revy as they have got a lot of fresh over the last few days.

Torpy area in PG is ready... Early season hazards still apply but the fresh is good Yanks in Barkerville is also getting good reports.

it has been snowing in terrace for a week, not sure how much they have now though

It's been snowing continuously but not amounting to a lot, but it is getting better. There still isn't much of a base so you can go right thru it to the dirt and rocks, and thin on the top plateaus. The pics are from Sinclair from yesterday.

Went up the microwave Saturday. Low
Visibility, but the snow was great. Over the hood type day. Stayed off the big slopes. Found untouched everywhere.
