he has had my motor for ofer 6 weeks and when it showed up it was missing the head and exhaust valves now i cant get ahold of him.

Hearsay is never fair to address concerns about a dealer, it's unfair as if the dealer wants to address concerns they can't. So if it didn't happen to you personally...well it doesn't count.

the only bad thing I hear repeatedly about Ted is his tardiness and lack of communication. most seem happy with his work and products.

Two years ago I ordered couple thousand $$ worth of parts from Ted. Parts didn't get shipped when he said they would. After trying to get ahold of him many, many times, I ordered parts from another vendor. Parts from second vendor showed up installed and all good. Next thing ya know I get a call from Ted telling me parts are ready to ship. I told him I don't need his parts any longer. Ted was not happy about that!! I asked why he won't return calls or let me know whats going on? He says to me, I had nothing to send you so no use calling you!! Get aloud of that customer service!! You would think he would learn a quick call can save alot of hassle for everyone envolved! Good luck!!

I ordered some pistons from him a couple weeks ago for a Polaris pro, showed up two day's later on the bus. No complaints here.

He was very prompt when I ordered the head and y-pipe. Although, I remember ordering that through his web site. When I blew the motor up the following year, he had my motor for 4 months doing the BB. Luckily it was during the summer. I found he answers emails more than phone calls, just my experience.

Ted maybe hit or miss but I had to order parts and he came through right away for me .

Same experiences here. Ordered a head like 3 seasons ago, 3 days later it showed. Sent my stuff in for 860 this past November, got it back in a couple weeks missing BB y pipe but no biggie. 860 rips very happy....but still no y pipe after many many calls and emails since November.
His customer service is lacking to say the least, not sure how he stays in business, must do good work.

Got my tunnel from terra alps. The tunnel is awesome well built everything he said it would be. The customer service is terrible, said he shipped a bunch of pieces with the tunnel never did. Impressed with the tunnel and the workmanship but probaly would never deal with him again.
