This guy was short with last months rent and all of a sudden he packed up and left. He left a big mess, and kicked in doors and damaged carpets. Smoking damage also. He just turned into a loser within a matter of 2 months. Before this he was an awesome tenant for 3 years.

I knew where he worked, his boss said he abandoned his job position on the 31st of march.

How does one find this guy, his cell is out of order... I want to serve him with notice to attend a hearing to seek judgement.

P.I.?? Can the cops find him? There must be some way to trace his whereabouts...

Kirk J Fisher.

He is on Facebook when I searched his name, and is active. He has some family and friends.. I was thinking of opening up a facebook page of all the $hit he did with pics and send it to all the people who really know him. Perhaps a bounty to find him..
First glance at his friend list tells me the guy is a bit of a creep.

Totally sucks what the Kirk has done. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is fix your place up and hope your next renter is a good one, all the effort you will put in finding this dick will only cause you grief and make you spend more money. A 2x4 with a nail sticking out of it would be fitting justice. Good luck

I will find him. A friend of mine does footwork for lawyer firms, and can do legal searches, Liens, Garnishee wages etc.. I have 7 years to find him and make his life miserable.

Change the locks, and keep his stuff and his DD.

Legally after 9 months to the day, it is considered "abandonment"

From there you can do, whatever you want!!!

I have had renters, before and have been screwed too.

As long as it's all on paper, its all good !!!

It isn't 90 days. I Maybe wrong on 9 months, but I would sooner be safe than sorry. It is a minimum of 6 months, 9 months to be 100% safe.
