Team TSS-04 clutch noise

Got a team clutch (tss-04) for an 08 xp summit 800, the clutch is great cooler temps, longer belt life, way better shifting characteristics, feels like more power to the ground, but the clutch seems noisy to me. Any one else have this same issue with the noise, does a Delrin washer help?

When you are riding it or when you go from reverse to forward?

seems to be when i let off the gas is the only time i get the noise
