Hi All

We will be doing Trail Maintenance on this Saturday November7 – AND- Sunday November 8,2015 in Ministik.

TCSC pays for Volunteer Breakfast for all Trail Maintenance workers

YOU MUST call Brian at 780-990-9339 before the weekend so we know how many people / what days / what site to clear / what quads/UTVs we have - thanks

As there is not enough snow yet we are using quads/utvs (once there is snow we will be using our sleds)
If you have a quad and or a chain saw bring them along
If you would like to help but do not have a quad/utv call Brian.
Might be able to double you up in a UTV

Also it is hunting season starting November 1 to November 30, so wear bright colors
– we do have orange safety vests for everyone also

- We will supply lunch or you can bring some lunch if you want.

Dress for the weather...

NOTE: Ministik is closed until December 1 WITH 6” of snow
We are entering in under a Special permit issued by AESRD to Tri-County only to do trail maintenance.

Thanks
Brian Beebe

Was awesome to get out there, meet a bunch of great people, and feel like I maybe made a bit of a difference. Oh, and getting out on the new Outlander was kind of a bonus! :D

Big Thanks to all that came out to help with Trail Maintenance to Sunday November 8, 2015..

We covered a lot of ground with 9 men and got lots of OLD rocks removed from the trail tha have caused problems grooming..

We must have dugout 20 rocks, with the biggest 2'high, 3'wide and 4' long - had to be 700lbs...

dug a 2' trench around it and put 3 winch lines on it and still needed 2 6' pry bars to get it u out of the hole - 9 guy - 1 hour digging, prying and winching -- but now it is monument on the sided of the trail not in the middle of the trail anymore....

Thanks for helping out Sunday;
