MINISTIK TRAIL SYSTEM is STILL CLOSED
(As of Jan 1, 2016) until we receive 6" of snow.

(Alberta Environmental Sustainable Resource Department AESRD controls the gates - not Tri-County)

AESRD drives around MINISIK and measures the snow depth to determine adequate snow depth to protect the vegetation from sled track damage....

(The minute I hear from AESRD the gates are open I will POST it here- Thanks)

i talked to a guy friday..they said the were heading to ministick to ride cuz his buddy had a cabin there..dang locals..lol

Locals or not not open my dad is local no entry . Lakes like Joseph yes but that's it that's the only one u can access without using trails. ****ty but that's the way it is

Was a guy on FB last weekend saying a group of 15 of them were heading out. I rated at him big time. Told him what a pos he and his friends are. Lol
