I am at a total loss for words right now, everyone on this site is amazing. I am currently deployed with the Military in Wainwright on training....Big tough army guy and here I sit in the Command Post with tears welling up in my eyes...... I have taken some excerpts from the Blog and will circulate it around to try and collect some funds for Taylor and her family. I won't be back until the end of the month, so what is the best way to get the money them?

The bottle and the S&M booth looks pretty good for the 1st night lots and lots of $20's and a few $50's would like to see that 5Gal bottle full before the weekend is over

I'm very impresssed at everyones generousity. People were dropping 20's and 50's in the bottle. We started giving away the small snowandmud stickers to anyone that donates. Sorry can't give a number of how much was raised the only way to get any money out is to cut open the bottle. But I posted a picture here.
If you havn't come by then come by and donate to help Taylor go to Disneyland.

I was at the sled show last night and my first stop was to make my donation to the Taylor fund, then a few S&M hoodies and t-shirts and of course drool shopping the event floor.

I must say I was truly moved with seeing the donation bottle Summitric, Catman, Murminator, RK, Sledbunnyracing and the boys were answering questions about the fund to anyone that asked and not one person walked away without stuffing something into the bottle.

I am proud to be a member of the S&M family, it truly is nice to see how everyone pulls together in times like this.

Hey guys

I herd back from the marriott. Below is what they said. I will follow up on monday and let them know that we don't have specific at all but I will let them know in the next few months as soon as you let us all know. The hotel is right next to disneyland resort so they can walk right across the street and enter the park. I still have not herd back from Disneyland regarding park passes. So now we have flights and hotels. No need to worry about dates and what not just let me know when ever they are ready and we will make sure things are still good to go.

I am Nicole the hotel administrative assistant at the Edmonton Marriott.
I sent today a letter to request a 2-3 nights stay at the Marriott Anaheim. The good news is they are willing to give us some nights
The only thing I need from you the dates when the family wants to go since Anaheim has to check their availability.
Let me know asap.

Today at the Alberta Snowmobile Association annual general meeting the member clubs voted to donate 280.00 to the Taylor Fund. This money was raised by Canadian Trail Markers for trail development but the member clubs decieded that Taylor and her family could use it more. Good luck to you

So we just finished counting and we phoned the family and let them know, Landon was speechless. We raised a total of $ 4555.53 this weekend at the sled show, this includes the $500.00 generous donation that was given on Saturday at the show from a member and his fellow workers(badss). Thanks to Pat McGrath at the Alberta snowmobile association for a generous donation, firstly the raised some funds at the awards banquet fun casino and $256.10 that was raised by selling trail stop signs. And we would like to thank all of YOU snowandmud members and friends. We still have some other fundraisers that are still in progress.

Wow!! What else can be said except good job to all in Edmonton and two sled shows to go, there should be no financial reason for Taylor to not go to Disneyland from the Edmonton show alone especially since the flights are provided and the rooms may be as well. Let's not slow down now though!!
