Take the course,the info you get is a must if you ride in the mountains.
I know that some of you don't want to miss a weekend of riding to take a course, but it may save a life maybe your own.

If you take the course with the HANGFIRE boys you will have a great time!
These are fun guys with a true passion for the sport.

Our riding group took the course this year, and now we are a whole lot smarter (just ask us)
Also a big frickin YEE HAW to Ryan and Aaron for the time and effort spent setting up the awesome becon basin at Quartz.

I agree! Take the course! Ryan and Aaron are really fun to learn from. Even if you think that you may know it all now, you'll probably learn a lot! Also kudos to them for all of the time and effort to set up the basin! Everyone should definitely try it out!

I believe everyone should take atleast an AST 1 course. I live in Prince George BC and we can not even fill an AST course. You would think people living where it is almost all mountain riding would be interested in taking the course.

You are right , Ryan at Hangfire is amazing, he agreed to come all the way to Prince George and teach a class at no extra charge and we couldn't get enough people interested.
