Ya that won’t change anything but ruin the handling but hey to each their own
But a good hundred pounds less weight, better responce with NO LAG
What's your point
Such a good sled they don’t even make it anymore LOL
Sorry 90 lbs, forgot the t850 is 10 more than a expertNope, nope, and nope. Try again kiddo....LOL

If I recall a test weight thread, side grinder stock was 630, and g4 165 was 530is that the actual difference? Been meaning to put mine on a scale but just haven’t got to it,
Should be relatively cheap to convert the t850 to a 175 expert if you like the longer track. Lots of demand for used tracks so no issue selling the 165. Throw ice age 175 rails and a 175 track on and voila you have an expert turbo. Short tunnels are cool now
thats what’s going to happen if the don’t come out with a 175 expert package for snow check
Raced a T850 across an approx. 1 km. lake this weekend with my Polaris 850 (840) x 174. It was shocked not to be beat. They were neck and neck.
This was at about 1675 metres so maybe a bit low for the Doo to shine?? Or it could be a function of topping the gearing out but my sled is geared low too!
Over 2100 metres and I still did not feel the Doo had more power than my Poo. Obviously it should and maybe I just did not get it into a long enough pull to get full boost??
On the flip side the handling and clutching does seem improved over older models. Less twitchy and less jumpy. Yes you need to suck up the limiter for climbing but nice to have that option.
Another thing I noticed is the sled is very noisy from the clutch side. I was expecting it to sound as smooth as it rides.

You're gonna pay for saying that!
Especially just before snowcheck!!!

Well it’s a silly response. If you want to lake race wait until they build it in a MXZ. That way it will have clutching, gearing and computer parameters to let it do its thing
You can’t be serious? Point that thing up hill and load it up. Lake racing proves nothing especially at lower elevation. That’s not how these machines are designed, programmed or clutched to work. Try again in 2 feet of snow up a hill man holy!! Surely I thought you of anyone would understand that
