suspension setup 2010 hcr

hey guys i have a 2010 hcr with a 2.5 camo extreme and I am looking for some starting points with my suspension.Last trip out west it was trenching pretty bad and i was stuck alot.

so basically just looking for some adjustment ideas... front shock, rear shock, limiter strap??

I am 6'4 and 235 and if I do not have my back shock pumped up to 150 psi I trench. How much air is in back float?
