Hi all been a while since I have posted on snow and mud
but I want to give a shout out to Randle at super clamp
I sent him an email about 7:00 pm tonight with a quick? And he phoned me within 5 mins
if that isn’t 159% customer service then I don’t know what is
great products great guy great customer service

Update can’t say enough about Randle I pulled a rookie manuaver and broke my rear clamp not beyond repair after my call last night he invited me to stop by and he would see if he could fix it

they are awesome and u sir are a gentlemen who stands behind his stuff

yes excellant service,i broke the handle off a rear clamp when a ski hit it,i was only looking for parts to buy,he warrantied the handle and dropped off parts to a company for me to have shipped to edmonton. sent parts no charge. was not a product issue but broke out of stupidity. excellant service everytime i have dealt with him
