Sunshine Valley Sledding?

Hey guys.. Going to look at properties at Sunshine Valley, BC. Anyone have experience there and would care to comment? Thanks in advance!

I havent rode there in winter but have in summer but its a little lower elevation than say the coq so not sure how long u would get good snow but there is wipsaw thats just past manning park which is awesome riding !
