Care to paraphrase what you learned? And I read them all...plus 6-7 other threads on the same topic. Been thinking about these for the moho (Ford chassis), but undecided.
LOL....basically, some guys swear by 'em, some guys see no benefit....I'm leaning towards NOT getting them.Care to paraphrase what you learned?
Well this popped up in my Amazon suggestions.LOL....basically, some guys swear by 'em, some guys see no benefit....I'm leaning towards NOT getting them.
Have had airbags they seem to make for a rough ride. These don't look adjustable? I have air bags and use different amounts of air for load weight differences and road types, like rough roads at slower speeds etc. I can see them working ok for a vehicle that is only ever one weight. Most vehicles that would need need these would have different weights. Like a motorhome with a trailer would run a different air pressure in air bags, than without a trailer. Just seems to me that not being adjustable would be a nightmare. If you're not happy with the ride from air bags, you adjust the air pressure.
True story. You literally just pull the overload spring and drop this in?
Jounce Bumper, if you really wanna get technical. That’s a bump stop isn’t it not an overload
You can get them in different foam densities based on how much load you figure you may need to support.I’m interested to hear how these work for you. I had airbags and a compressor in my old truck and have been thinking of putting a kit in this one, but these might be a better answer.
