Summit smoking, burning oil and powerloss

Hey guys. I got a '99 summit 600 and its smoking like crazy, burns an insane amount of oil, and there's powerloss. Any suggestions? I was told it could be a crank seal? any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Is your oil pump stuck wide open? Stiff cable? Siezed pump ,bad adjustment. Start there and while there clean the carbs good. Kill 2 problem areas first.
