Need some advice on suitable riding areas within a couple hours any direction from Red Deer to take my boys out.

Boys are 11 & 9 & have been riding since they were 6. Most of their practice has been on our track in our field + mixed tree trails / pasture riding around home, but they're getting bored with it. I'm definetly bored around the home pastures.

Was thinking of trying Morgan or Schroderus, but not sure what the terrain is like. Tried riding out by Prairie Creek last fall, but was a mess with mud and too many ruts for the smaller bikes.

Thanks everyone.

Just west of rocky is the Devon fields.
Tons of trails to ride and have taken our kids out lots. Theres sand, dry, mud trails.

It's also close to play on a gravel pit ( but kind of frowned upon

Where's this at Jeff? I wouldn't mind taking the girls out for a burn someplace different.

Thanks for the input. Will attempt to find it on Sat. morning if the weather holds.

Can you send me a few directions to find it from town?

Thanks again Tex78 - Had a blast on Saturday with the kids. Glad I had my GPS out there - spider's web of trails.
