Had a SLP on my 08 and didn't find big power increase but seemed to run cooler than other stock machines. This is something to consider as these sleds can lose power on the big pulls. Easy install with the most dificult thing is dropping the coolant without getting any into the cylinders.

I have an RK tek on my 800r. New this season, run's excellent. Better midrange and cooling for sure. Didn't really notice any top end difference. Kelsey from RK is good to deal with also. He stands behind his product.

Got a Terra Alps 13.5-1 and as stated before, better mid-range. Seems to have more torque at about 7600-7700 RPMs. Uses premium pump gas. Rode Frisby three times this year and staged at about 1800 feet with no problems.

I found Ted good to deal with despite what I read here and else where. Delivery was within a day or two of when he said I would have it.

Would deal with him again.

Ya the guys at Terra Alps are awsome! We have the billet head on my 08xp as well as the 06 rev. On the xp though, make sure you bring the domes down to 13.5 from 14. With the 14 in you will run into knock sensor problems.
Found big difference on both sleds! Especially at the higher altitudes, 9000ft -10,000ft
