Perhaps we should grow up and slow Down but untill then the tickets are the cost of doing bussiness. As far as those sheep and elk go I think they should stock prod them off the highway from vehicals. That way they would learn some respect for traffic. Set up a salt lick for them and prevent them from being hit.
