If you know someone that can weld aluminum it would be easy enough to redo. Wouldn't look as nice as doing it from scratch but would be better then leaving it as is. That is if you can't return it.

I.d throw that back through there front window, in no way should a guy pay or piss around with rewelding that sh!t posted

My daughter in shop class could do better and has, just super sad in this day and age that that's OK to sell

I agree but he didn't say where he bought it. I have had to eat it when I bought something out of the States and it was worth trying to return it or get my money back.

Good chance the guys from the company that builds it will be at Edmonton sled show. They Have been past few years. Pretty obvious what that part is. Hope they make it right

They said they would make it right and send a new one to the dealer but to me personally some good customer service would be air mailing it with a t-shirt same with the belt drive sprocket air mail with a t-shirt - there's no such thing as good customer service anymore - once they got your money their attitude is go F*K yourself now buddy - I've had great customer service from Robbie Holman at Avid - I completely screwed up and ordered the wrong drivers and he sent me the right ones at zero cost to me even though I completely f*ked up when I ordered them and got them installed on the shaft before I clued in to what I had done

In my experience, 8/10 USA products are junk. Many memories of opening a box from an aftermarket company, and shaking my head at the quality, or lack there of.

I'm really starting to learn this the hard way - kicking myself I didn't go with C3 belt drive now - when I was installing my belt drive from the US all I kept saying to myself f*K this thing is built ****ty
