Whats the best way to put 5 sleds in a 4 place trailer? I have this toolbox that might be in the way. 2 153 3 162 sleds. Staying at Nv cabins in mcbride so I can take the spare out when we get there but we are going for 5 days and want to have an extra

Drive a 163 into the nose.
Back in the 153s on either side then drive in the two 163s.

Or a bigger trailer.

I find with my 28' trailer with a toolbox in front like yours that if I load 5 sleds - they fit way better if they are driven in the front door. 1st two sleds loaded at the back - side the backend toward the walls - drive the 3rd sled in between the tunnels of the 1st two. Drive in 4th and 5th sleds on either side of the tunnel of the 3rd sled. Skiis loops will probably be under the front end of the tunnels.

I put two in the front facing forward. .Put two in the back facing back and push all four tunnels to outside of trailer. Plenty of room for a fifth in the middle.

1. Sled in the truck box, track on top of upright tailgate. Looks like it will clear your trailer from the pic.
2. Two sleds side by side, facing backwards, at front of trailer. One sled facing forward in middle of trailer. Two sleds side by side, facing backwards, at rear of trailer.

If you have all sleds in one place do a practice loading on ground outside of trailer move sleds around till configure will fit in trailer.

U can easily get 5 in 28'. Drive 2 in. Kick back ends to the wall and drive the 3 rd one in the middle. Back the last 2 in.

Pics are worth a thousand words. Three forwards and two backwards with a 22' straight wall and a 120!! LOL

On a deck over load the first sled through the front ramp door facing the rear door then the next three forward facing sleds then back the last one in. Then you're only dragging one backwards. On a mid deck you can usually back them up pretty easy.
