In my opinion all dealers no matter what brand they're selling are going to hose you... $90.00 / hour for labour??? My father runs a machine shop in Edmonton and they charge $75.00/hour on their lathes and mills that are worth up to $400,000.00 ea. ??? What equiptment does a small atv/sled dealer have that dictates a $90.00 / hour fee???

Good luck with your Summit... hope you get it figured out and can enjoy the winter. Might just be something simple that is giving you greif??

Perry,
There are at least three plugs hanging off my motor that aren't used for anything.
Did the motor come with it's own MPEM or are you using the one off of the old engine? There may be programming issues that you need to discuss with a dealer. I've never been charged for asking questions at a dealership.

Heres some pictures. First 2 are 600 third is 600HO. If you go to Ski-doo. com and look under parts you can see blow ups of all their stuff thats where these pics came from

Pure necessity. Broke a plug wire so I pulled the CDI off and in doing so, I dropped an aluminium spacer down into engine bay. Called E**O to get plug wires and a spacer(Big mistake...plug wires retarded expensive $:loser:154.00) Parts dude told me there was no spacer....went to parts pics on web site to get part# for parts guy....no discount for doing his job for him...:(.
got pi$$ed off and went out to the garage and shook the SH*t out of the sled and spacer rolled to where I could grab it with pliars. Soto make a painfully long story shotr, if you need a spacer for your CDI on an 06 800 summit, they have one at E**O Marine.
MAAANNN we need some snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
