I have firestone airbags on my 2013 GMC 1/2 and they recommend a minimum of 5psi so I keep mine in the 5 to 8 range when empty. The truck is definitely rougher with no load in box but after awhile that just becomes the normal and you don't think about it...until you are in a parking lot full of speed bumps.
did you ever try with less pressure to see if that choppiness goes away?
so what does a set of firestone airbags cost installed? any rough ideas?
650$ installed for a set of firestone ride rite for a 3/4 ton at trucks plus. Free tire rotation at the same time.so what does a set of firestone airbags cost installed? any rough ideas?
