Everyone wants to change the world , a very few do......This man falls in the latter group. Reminds of Forrest Gump....The Apple part.
RIP you have brought more strangers together than possibly anyone in history, what a noble life............

Apple co-founder and Chairman Steve Jobs died today, Apple said. He was 56.

One of my friends post this on her Facebook status: Steve Jobs was born out of wedlock, given up for adoption, dropped out of college and still managed to change the world - what have you done? RIP Steve Jobs, you will be greatly missed. You have made a measurable impact on the world as we know it. Thank you.

Turned on my Mac this morning and the regular apple page is replaced with a full screen shot of Steve. Pretty cool. RIP.

They keep moving along like the rest of the world. I cant imagine Job's was able to put 100% contribution into the company in the past few years considering his health. So, others have moved in to fill his boots including the new CEO Tim Cook. Hope they have the same vision as Job's did.

was he really that great? is it possible hes just another guy who died from a chitty disease?

"Apple's success has been built literally on the backs of Chinese workers, many of them children and all of them enduring long shifts and the specter of brutal penalties for mistakes."
"Apple's factories in China have regularly employed young teenagers and people below the legal work age of 16, made people work grueling hours, and have tried to cover all this up. That's according to . In 2011, Apple reported that its child labor problem had worsened."

"Jobs regularly belittled people, swore at them, and pressured them until they reached their breaking point. In the pursuit of greatness he cast aside politeness and empathy. His verbal abuse never stopped."

Go and Google his speech to the graduates at Stanford University. It is one I had heard and admired many times before. But seeing it in the context of his recent death is even more hard hitting.

May we all live like we WILL die.
