OK....
Being a woman rider we can be minding our own business, trying to ride to our best ability, yet certain stereotypes seem to follow....
Here's the woman rider stereo types that make me want to blow....
First of all... My statement.... I would like a 162" track instead of a 153".....
The Stereotype: A 153" is more than enough for you....Meanwhile all the men are chattin about increasing their track length and no one bats an eye..... BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
They have NOOOOO idea the terrain I ride in, or the type of rider I am... their statement is purely based on the fact that I am a Woman.....
Stereotype 2:
I ride an M8....... When a Man says... an M6 is more than enough sled for a woman... an M8 is a man's sled......
I actually tackled a guy into a snowbank a few weeks ago... he was new to our group.. he made a crack trying to get my goat. He said I should ride a 250 bravo.... I turned around got him in a headlock and pushed him down into the snowbank and punched him repeatedly in the stomach... Probably not a great first impression.. .but I think I got my point across. :d
