Is the first solo flight pretty nerve racking? Or by the time you have enough hours for it are you 100% with everything?

Makes you wonder what a US naval pilot feels like his first time landing on a carrier....at night. LolI had did two circuits with the instructor the last one he pulled the throttle on me and simulated a emergency engine failure... And I did not bad on the landing he said... Lol ... He said let's go back to the tarmack... Then said stop, looked at me and said your on your own, don't crash this bitch and come in after doing one circut...
I was shocked and was not ready for it.... And man does that plane feel different without a second person... I first got up to my 55knots much quicker, than it also gained elevation much quicker so when I got to my crushing elevation and started my downwind I was much closer to the air strip than normal.... Then when doing my decent I had a good scare as I was not coming down like I should... I had thirty degrees flap and still had to slip to get the dam thing down... I used half the runway to touch down as I have never did that before... Scary as hell when it's your first crack at it
a hr latter, I was still in shock somewhat, so even tommorow I will still be scared a bit for sure
