I'm pretty sure I was wearing them the last time we went out, I need another test on the Eliminator. Not sure if it was working right or not, as I was getting some fogging and never heard the fan come on.

I just picked up 509's before last ride and they were great. No fogging at all, but could be because the lens is new. I have the yellow tint with mirror finish.

I have the eliminator in a 509 Aviator goggle. I always run the fan full on. It doesn't seem to come on quick enough in the auto mode. I've only needed to change the battery once this season. The fan will run nearly forever.

does the fan obscure your vision on the top?

Nope, I have them in my ProGrips, don't even know its there, except for that motor sound

No. If it wasn't for the mosquito buzzing sound I wouldn't even know it's there.

I can deal with the buzzing sound for the most part. The thing that irritates me is the sound is loud enough that my helmet cam picks it up. I guess I have to find a lot of good sound track music to edit it out.
