sputtering 800

I have a 14 M800 hcr. bought brand new about two weeks ago.

1st ride, no brakes, bolt was loose. okay crap happens.
2nd ride, got stuck, rolled over ton-stuck, bars bent. was warned that they are crappy bars.
3rd ride, yesterday pulled it out of heated shop and let warm up for 5 mins. The thing has no power. Just sputters. No jam and has 50 mile on it now.

Any advice before it goes back to the dealer...again

check for any codes. mine sometimes does that. something to do with the power valves, but you should not be having ANY issues this early in the sleds life...... try shutting it off and restarting it. as for the bars, I have rolled mine lots and never bent the bars. I also have a 4'' riser.

They adjusted the throttle. wasn't it, than changed the TSS can to a Jaws can and problem was gone.
