speedwerx pipe for m1

i'm putting a speedwerx for pipe system on my 09 m1 does anybody know if you need to clutch it or the rpm it should be running at with this pipe

I changed out the exhaust on my 09/1000 crossfire. Changed weights out for dalton adjustables and the secondary spring and helix. Works very well. The extra horse power needs clutching to get it to the ground better
