After seeing Krazy's pistons pulled from his sled last year with over 3,000 miles on it my mind was made up!!! Yep, hardly any smoke or smell.

How does it make more HP? What ratio do you have to premix at?

I also just started running Spectro Full Synthetic in my new engine. Added a bit of oil to the gas for the first ride on the new engine last weekend and she ran like a dream. Not as much smell and less smoke, well except for pouring it in the gas :)

Thanks Harp! :)

Since I'm new to using Spectro....do you have to pre-mix it always? I was just thinking I'd put some in my gas for the next 2 rides or so.

Yeah, just for the first few rides after a new engine. After that you should be fine just filling your oil like normal. I just asked about premixing because I dont run oil injection.

What are you mixing at now??

FULL SYNTHETIC

Syn-Sno Full Synthetic Powervalve Formula
This low ash, low pour synthetic lubricant keeps power valves and exhaust systems free of carbon deposits. No engine oil burns cleaner. Virtually smokeless, and flows to -57° Centigrade. May also be used as a pre-mix oil for racing applications. Excellent performance in Rotax snowmobile engine tests. Exceeds JASO FD, ISO-L-EGD + and API TC test requirements. For use in all — any year, no restrictions — two-cycle Arctic-Cat, Polaris, Yamaha, and Ski-Doo snowmobile engines.

I just run the doo semi-synthetic because I had some left from when i had oil injection. Im premixing the semi-syn at 40:1. Seems like alot of oil buildup everywhere so Im looking for something that burns a little cleaner, or that I can mix at a higher ratio. I know alot of guys around here run one brand that they premix at 80:1 (oil manufacturer recommends 100:1) with great results.
