Spectro Oil

Is anybody running Spectro full synthetic? I was riding with Spectro's rep yesterday. He obviously runs it, and his Summit wasn't doing a lot of smoking. I am using BRP synthetic blend, and the smoke from my summit will choke you out. I haven't heard much about Spectro, just curious about the goods and bads.

Seems they've been around for awhile but I've never heard or know of anyone that uses their product. Your smoke issue might be that your oil pump setting is high.

I use their oil, we use the synthetic APV oil in our cats, seems to work good. I also use their oil in my shop, I have no complaints about it... It seems to be good oil.

Specto Oil is awesome, I've been running it all season, 800 miles on one sled and 500 miles on the second Arctic Cat... Almost no smell, but a nice smell, and very little smoke at start up and no smoke after that, Great product and worth every penny... I've been running the full synthetic, what they claim on their adds is 100% true... I'd recommend this oil to anyone and any sled...

PS; sledding is awesome so far this season in the Kootenays..

That's good to hear. Our Doo dealer is selling it now. I haven't had a chance to try it yet. We have too much other stuff to use first. Thanks for the info though!

We are also a distributor for spectro oil, and we also run there full sybthetuc oil in all of our rental machines as well as personal machines.. This oil has worked awesome..
