for you 3 guys who did the unbearable hold your head up high

Would like to know the exact details of this whole incedent. We can all learn from it but need to know what/who went wrong.

There will be a B.C. coroner's investigation and then there will be a full report of the incident. This incident will be scrutinized thorourghly and it will do us all good to study this this incident and hopefully we all learn from this tragedy.
