Actually the biggest thing that has saved me multiple times has been a roll of gorilla tape. Will never leave home without it.

One guy off this site we have been taking out for a number of years has everything in a 30l pack and a handle bar bag. Ive seen him pull solder and a torch out, road flares, flat webbing every wrench you could think of. I would love him to go through his bag and post his master list of everything he has...

I for one have a spare idler wheel 100' of webbing a few carabiners, tape, wire, spare pull rope, first aid kit, spot, survival kit, A tarp in my seat, every wrench and socket I could need, a few key bolts and washers, belt and clutch bolts for a cat secondary ...
If I was traveling I would like to bring spare clutches, a-arms, belts, throttle cable. and rails.

On the sleds: spare belt and C3 belt, folding torx & allen key set, leatherman, zip ties, wrenches, snobunge, rope, electrical tape & duct tape. On my person: survival equipment, first aid kit, water, and spare tether. In the trailer: spare a-arms, drive belts, clutch pullers and compressor, clutch springs, an assortment of bolts and nuts, a set of handlebars with grips & heaters, spare set of skis and mounts, oils, coolant, and lubricants, full set of tools, propane torch, rivet gun, cordless impact wrench, spare front shocks, primary clutch and parts to rebuild, various bearings for skidframe, spare limiter strap, scratchers. I usually go for 5-7 days at a time, and have two brands of sleds, although I have tools and spares to repair A/C, Polaris, and Ski-Doo.

I read on here a year ago to pack a plastic threaded/barbed 1/4" 90 fitting and 3' of hose in case the stock fuel nipple snaps off. I never had trouble and got the recall done but pack it anyway.

A good quality folding saw and not the POS that comes in your shovel handle. Those will break on the first knot you hit. Also a half roll of Charmin in a ziploc. Because pine needles irritate my sensitive skin.

That POS saw in your shovel handle is for cutting snow not lumber......

I bought this shovel and change out the blade with a Milwaukee axe sawzall blade with carbide teeth. Works fantastic. It Will even cut the last 6 inches of Polaris ice scratchers off after they break at the bend.

Going to get it for this but 5 guys to the truck, 5 pro rmks and 2 iqs last trip i was on. 11 hr trip no stops so 13 ish with fuel and food stops.

They were needed! Blew up one pro, took out the spare. One pro needed a new secondary, stole off the blown sled and one blew a rear shock so stole off the blow sled again.

My iq is gone so i think it will just be 6 pros now. Easier than get royally f'd by the local sled renter, specially after my friends got in a bar fight with him haha
