Ok, i know there are tons of threads out there about this but i haven't been able to get a straight answer for my specific setup. I am looking at some itp 14" 212s with 28x9x14 and 28x11x14 zillas. I dont want to flip my tierod ends and dont want to run spacers. My quad is a 2008 800 sportsman. What offset do i need to run or can i run the factory offsets?

With 9" on the front there is a good chance they will fit. See what the stock size is and see how much clearance you have, then judge from there.

Will going from a 12" rim to a 14" bring the sidewall of the tire up high enough to clear the tie rod end?

I have 28x11x12 and 28x12x12 zilla's on my grizz and have no rubbing issues at all. I would imagine you won't have any issues with 9" wide rubber, even with a 12" wheel. Besides, isn't that the same width of tire that comes with the machine?

Stock is 12" rims and an inch narrower front and rear.

you should be fine with itp 14" wheels, the offset will be enough to distance the tire from the tie rod end. i don't think you can even get itp's with a stock offset. anyone around that you could borrow a front off of and try it to be sure?

They will fit fine. Itp rims don't come in stock offset. They will basically be like adding a 1" spacer to the stock rim.
