if the beaver needed to be shot, then the fish and fur cops should have done it, not some dumb azz out in a public park on a shooting rampage cause his dumbazz dog got to close to a wild animal with young and got hurt! also, they were gonna relocate them anyways, but i guess some people just know better

now are they going to try to find out who did this. charges should be laid against the shooter as area was unsafe to discharge firerm in. plus a pile of other charges should be laid i am sure. i know if it was any of us we would already be in jail. just sayin.
