So, I get a call from the Sherwood Park RCMP today. They found my trailer.

Never thought I would see it again. Going to pick it up on Monday.

You'll have to tell us where they found it.

My only addition to this is make sure you put a hitch pin or lock in the ball lever once it is connected. This will keep it from accidentily lifting while in transport. You can't trust the little lock on the lever to keep it from unhooking.:d

One time sledding in corbin a guy lost his trailer pulling out of the parking lot, turns out every single trailer there had the hitches released some time through out the day. Obviously some one who didnt like sledders was pulling the latches. good thing it didnt happen at hiway speeds cause someone could be killed. People sure dont think when they try to be activists. From now on our receiver oin and hitch latch aways get locked

tell us the story! is there a ring of SOB that were cought with the goods or just one person with your trailer?

Well my trailer was at the heart of the biggest drug bust ever in Alberta. Sorry forgot this was the internet.

They found my trailer in a ditch about 10 miles west of where it went astrare from where it went in the ditch from me.

Can tell you I would like to be in the tow truck industry because I was charged just under $400.00 for towing. O.K. one day for storage charges @ $30.00.

Good news is the trailer is back home and will be in my shop for some needed repairs.
