My brother and a few friends of ours, belong to SAR in Duncan BC.They use the Sled & Quad resources quite a lot...........Now this is a story that should be forced on the public.........................:d

Good going for the snowmobile club.
Our Fort Saskatchewan club was called into Elk Island Park for a cross country skier lost.

Really ,grew up in Cowichan bay............Anyhow, my point is rather than the constant debate about sleds/quads and danger,it is refreshing to hear of people in our sport ,being HEROES !!! This is what we should be forwarding to the press .........IMO.Rather than pointing fingers between our selves................I bet the kids were pretty glad to see a SLED !!!!

So the girls tried walking out and the boys stayed with the truck? Who was smarter?? Just saying. I think for educational purpose they all should of stayed with the truck. Girls sounded like close to not making it out lying down not good
