solo ride

went for a scouting trip today before i take my son out to the area as he is new to riding and had a good ride until I had guest join me for lunch a nice size black bear came with in 60 feet.....really need to get a firearm. I was near tumbler ridge BC here are some pics

lots of miles up there still to ride just not alone or at least with a gun on my back wouldnt wont to walk out or get stuck after dark

Bears need to eat too you know :d looks like those trails would be great and hopefully you have a fun time.

i would give the bear the option frist shoot is a get out of here second one hopefully wouldnt be needed, the black dont worry me its the grizzleys up there that worry me buddy said me seen one that was 13 feet tall on his hind legs 3 weeks ago a couple hours north of where i was today. it was a couple hours away but they travel.
