Anyone booked and going?

I forfeited my spot because of my injury, but will be back next year.

Man, I think it will be an awesome time, no matter when you go this year.

it is the best in hospitality, and riding bar none!!

Just did a day trip. 2 hr haul up the road this year. Road is worse than last year.10km to 15 is brutal, avg speed is 20. Parking is worse, day trips and campers are to park 3km below the landing, which is gravel to get to the top. Chatters landing, ppl are tripple boxed in. Snow conditions are low. A lot of open creeks in the gullys, there was bout 6-12" of fresh when we left, the layer under that is really hard. We did manage to find some pow north of the cabin on the glacier. If your trying to find spring pow, head for high elevations.

What he said^^^ snow is isothermal below 6,000 ft, like riding in oatmeal, rotten at lower elevations right to the bottom. Stiffer up top in spots, definite hard layer underneath, new 4" of fresh was not bonding well to the stuff underneath, found some nice windblown spots about about 6500 ft but had to get up to 7500 ft to get really nice stuff. Sat was rain, sunday was better with sun poking through til about 2:30 pm. Lots of big avys have come down and wiped out terrain access, as the temps warm up top there will be more to come down so pls be careful out there. We came across some debris that had 20" trees in it, ripped out the roots and all. Not good.

Snow conditions are less than average throughout the region, don't know who told someone there was record snowfal, I think they were pulling your legl, we punched an area we hadn't been in for 2 yrs, last time we broke in there it was May 1 and there was more snow then than now, a month earlier. All trails are getting skinny at the bottom, if the temps stay moderate, the season will be over by May.

Riding was Awsome back there Dec,jan, feb and part of march. Warmer tempatures are leading to

a shorter season this year tho.:(

Road was toast on Monday night. To warm-to wet and to many skinny tired over-weight trailers heading home. There will always be next year!

u mean your season will be over by May lol

Well, i'm on my way home tomorrow night for a funeral on Sat Willy, so we can meet up and I will tow you behind my sled on your skis on Sunday OK? I will give everyone here an honest snow report, not the BS you keep putting up. Funny how we never heard from you when it was +20C outside the other week huh, you must have been hooking up your air conditioner? LOL.... and now that Whitewater is closed and you're unemployed again, I guess we can expect to see you around some more?

And no, MY season will not be over but you think what you want.

Any time you're making shooters while you're pissed and throwing ch!t at the bottles behind the bar to make the shooter mix selection...you know it's gonna get ugly!

12 of my buds are up there right now just pigging out on the awesome food.

Road was not any worse than last year, a couple of muddy spots... Totally do-able.

eventful day of some carnage..
