snowmobile won't start

have a viking professional snowmobile that only makes a clicking noise when we turn thekey . the battery is good any suggestions

Pull your plugs, put them back in the wires and rest the prong on the cylinder head. Make sure the kill switch is up. Turn key make sure you've got spark in both plugs.

I'm guessing if he turns the key and all it does is click he's not gonna get much spark. Starter is not turning.

Try jumpering across the big terminals on your starter relay to figure out if it's the starter or the relay, then go from there.

tried a new starter relay that didn't work. would like to know if anyone knows where to find the starter. have no idea where to look.

Sure sounds like a weak battery or a bad connection. Test your battery or even try boosting it and clean all the battey connections right to the starter.
