Just purchased a sled deck. I am putting this in a f350 are the inside tie hooks strong enough if so are they legal to use.

that is up to you but they are not rated for any specific weight .... i have seen guys use they me personally i would not.... it is easier to bold them down... make up a plate with a nut welded on the bottom and then bolt the plate to the under side of the box .... then you dont need two people to bolt down the deck, i suggest that you put wood or thick rubber between the deck and the box... i hope this helps....
