Snowing on Calgary (Finally)

Started snowing an hour ago in Cow Town and 2-3" on the grass already. It's blowing around quite well and one can only hope it continues for a few hours. I'd love to hear the weather guys say tomorrow, and see a foot of snow on the ground. Here's to hoping anyways. If so, I am going to be sick on Friday. lol

It is nuts out here.My scanner hasn't stopped for an hour and half,# 2 is closed both north and south ..multiple power lines down .M.V.A 's everywhere .Calgary ems is covering Airdrie.There is not a cop or fire truck or Ambulance in Airdire. STAY HOME PEOPLE

I'm east of Calgary between Chestermere and Langdon we have 1 inch on the ground and 3 on the side of the house. Power was out several times the last time for over an hour. I doubt there will be enough to go for even a quick rip in the backyard.

Maybe all us sledders should go on the news and tell them to make it mandatory to have a winter driving course before you can head out on the roads.They pick on us sledders. We should get on them for there stupidity.:d
