I was helping a friend plan his motorcycle ride home to the island and noticed how low the overnight temperatures were across BC. I'll send him this pic so he's aware of what might lie ahead. He was hoping to leave tomorrow.

It is still coming down! Heard there was a foot of snow on the highway around fernie earlier this morning, slushy now.
