if you already have a rack you can mount the board attachment to it.

I mounted it to my 04 factory cat rack.

Hey on the cheap!!!! I mounted a ski rack on mine but a board version on my buddies summit. I used old plastic 3/4 or 1/2 inch? cutting boards from my restaurant, just slapped 2 together with a snug angle slightly up groove between for the board. Then just attached it by drilling it into the rear of the tunnel. Definitely a little bit of fabricating but with a few straps it's good to go. The board point up slightly in the rear out of the way for you or a tandem rider. I made them just low profile enough that when your out just rippin they're enough out of the way to not mess you up.If you need a few pics I could send them along. To buy a rack $$ is just stupid,

My buddy did the same thing with hockey pucks and old snowboard bindings, has used it for 4 seasons with no issues. Also met some Kiwi's in Blue last winter who used the cutting board method with bungee cords, sledboarded pretty much everyday, and tandem rode everywhere with no issues. (rough life) 4 5/16 holes in the tunnel near the rack so no worries about structural issues.

Falling wedges.
Buy 8 of them, cut the tops down and use the top in between the two falling wedges to seperate them and bolt em to the tunnel. Attach some ankle straps to the top of the cut wedges to hold the board into them. Works a treat, costs about 50$. I'll slap up some pitchers after I go snowboarding for the day...

The Cheetah Rack works amazing and is fast loading and unloading. They have a new system which carries both boards and skis in the same system you attach on the DD rack.

Here is the rack install vid..

Use tunnel stiffeners if your going to put a lot of weight at the back...my buddy bent his tunnel on his new xp this season...sleds were not designed to hold a lot of weight back there...

Not the greatest pic but you can see the concept. I think he managed to get away with 2 pucks per mount on his 04. On the 10 he just got pretty sure he used 3 per. Heading to Revy this weekend and I'll get some better pics of his current setup.

Here's something I fabbed up in about and hr or so, pretty basic and cost me about $30 total (still gotta build one for other side). Pretty solid, just had to be really careful drilling through tunnel near the coolant lines
