Spoke with Buckie last night, he's going to come help, sounds like Tiger666 may also come out and help.

Arff and Ron H are going to come this weekend to help out.

All volunteers this year will once again be entered into a volunteer appreciation draw. What the prize will be I haven't determined yet, but we'll make sure its something good.

Looking at doing the big bridge building the weekend of the 25 folks, volunteers are always welcome, if you don't have a quad we can find ways to get you out to help. We need man power, hammers, and good sense of humors!

Does everyone have there tickets for the event? not just the camping ones. You need tickets to take part in the events? If not you must purchase these on like.

Actually is a common practice as an event gets closer ticket prices increase.

Events need accurate numbers for food and other supplies.

If you book a site and plan on going only makes sense to get tickets.

Also costs each year increase on required supplies and trail material's

Don't forget increase in the cost of tea while doing trail maintenance.

Exactly as Ray said, entice people to get their tickets bought so that we can start buying some supplies and have accurate numbers.

This event is not a huge money maker, in fact if you'd like to see our current budget I would happily show it to you.
