Dam that looks really good, is that a kit or did you make one up from various plumbing? I would be interested to see how you ran the tubing because I have the same quad and would like to do similar. Yours looks very neat, some that I have seen look like they were butchered

Thanks Guys, took me a couple evenings after work to do. Got all materials from totem ( abs fittings) suction hose(hose headquaters Red deer all it is is grey colored 2-1/2" vaccum hose 50$ 10 ft, ruber ruducer from canadian tire as well as the 2" Rubber 90, i bought some tail light grommets from Princess Auto and cut out the centers for the gussets on the cowling, have tested it well and seems to hold up just fine,

Went out for a ride on Sunday Pics below up by swan lake Good Ride till about KM 80 when we both rolled our quads climbing out of a cutblock to get up to a logging road, the xp and the Father came out all right, but me and the BRUTE didnt fair so well. Just about peaked the top and she grabbed traction and in the blink of an eye it shot straight up and started to endo over backwards I tried to get out of the way but it was to quick, got tangled up in the Bars bruised up both my legs, got jabbed in the liver by a log or something, tore my pants off lol,, the quad smashed staright down on the front left corner rolled again 2 more times and landed on the wheels,


The rack was bent so far down the fender was rubbing on front wheel, hadlebars against the air box, side coweling rippled in and against the pipe on the front cylinder, broke my all ready cracked fender to sh*t, pryed the rack up to pop the fender up aways, lifted bars up, gathered my mind and all the contents of my quad box and hit the road, this was about 6:30 south of the baseline tower somewhere.

We both put our 5 liters in and barely made it back to the truck.

So I dont know about the campout this weekend, tore the fenders off the quad yesterday and noticed the steering post was bent, got it staightened the top sub frame around rad is tweaked back about 3/4's of an inch, can come along that back, half assed straightened the rack, bars are toast new ones on order and i guess put some more rivits in the 900$ fender.

Put some oil in it since it put a 1/2" in my intake, runs good just a few more war wounds for me and the quad.

** if my bars are in bye then I want to go for a day

Good pics, nice job on the snorks! Wow you were lucky on the roll, I think of all the ways to roll ..... backwards on top off you is the worst. I know of two guys that died that way! Glad your OK. :d

Yes it could have been worse,at least my upper body was out of the way. I have to remind myself i am not on my sled and stick to the meadows and puddles not the steep and deep lol.

The snorkels look awsome, but sounds like you didn't really get to try them before the big accident!! Good thing your okay, because I know the feeling and you made it sound great!!!
