Haha, you guys and your apple crap and google junk...

Blackberry is the way to go...

Ok, maybe just for me, but after over 10 yrs with one, I have a similar attitude towards Apple as what_next, I cant stand Apple or Steve Jobs, and wouldnt buy one only because of this even if it was the best in the world. Android?? I honestly havent ever looked at one...

Why??? Because the Blackberry has never let me down yet. Someone referred to a 'Curve' as a POS...Well so was the Ford Festiva...If you buy the cheapest piece of crap that any company manufatures, there is a very good chance that it wont perform the same as an $800 Iphone...go figure.

BB is not for everyone, but if you are serious about email, messenger, and business applications, its the way to go. Games, apps, a phone that is closer to a toy than a communication device, then Apple or Android would be your choice. There is the beauty, something for everyone, just decide what is important to YOU then pick your phone that suits...Whats best for me, likely wont be best for everybody, even though I will tell everybody its the best LOL

i agree whole heartedly.... there are reasons BB thrives in the business world... and if thats what you are looking for get a BB

Though the Android in more a middle ground between the BB and the iCrap.... it wouldnt hurt for you to "try" one out to see what its like

Fanboydom?? Im feeding it all for you mr. Anti-apple. :d:beer:

First thing you said on this thread was negative, did Apple leave you butt sore??

The only thing you said so far is that apple is garbage, and heaven forbid I correct you on some facts and disagree with you.

I've owned Motorolas, Nokias, Ericsons, you want to talk junk, there you go.

Sent from my Iphone4, because I don't need a new phone every 6 months.

lol....I have had good luck with my motorola phones. of all the manufacturers, motorola spends the most on employee training and quality control. their reliability record is second to none in over 125 electronics manufacturers comparisons including apple and their suppliers. it has been this way since 1992....their record of 3.4 defective units per million products sold is unmatched in the electronics industry. motorola is king

Well I am personally addicted to my Black Berry torch. I hate not having a keyboard, I will never own a phone that is touch screen only again. The Torch gives me the best of both worlds. I will never own an Iphone and I honestly haven't looked to much into the androids. The biggest thing I do know is never and I mean never, deal with virgin mobile.

what kind of battery life are you getting? had mine for almost 2 months now, still getting 3 days or better before having to plug it in, and it's on 24/7. when it's out of service it sure doesn't eat up the battery like the ol krzr did. so far it has been awesome, spends most of it's time bouncing around in the cupholder of my KW.

I'm getting less than 3days, and if I am on wifi, lucky to hit 2 days
I don't notice mine any worse for battery while connected to wifi, whenever I'm home it's always connected. the only account I put on the phone was my gmail, no crackbook or any of that. screen set to 1 minute timeout, brightness on auto, Background Data, Data Roaming, and Data Enabled all turned off.

That's pretty much what I have, but I think my screen is 2min. My LG keybo2 had KILLER battery longevity, that thing would last a week before needing a charge,..

Have you looked into different available batteries yet for the defy's?
